Camella · About
Company search for the Americas
Camella helps humans and AI agents find a company by legal name or official country identifier, cite the source, and unlock a full research dossier when they sign in.
What we do
We normalize identity across six jurisdictions into one searchable model. Public pages answer “who is this RUC / CLEE / CIK / CNPJ / NIT / CUIT?” without exposing gated streets, contacts, or financial values.
Where we cover
Ecuador (RUC / SCVS), Mexico (CLEE / DENUE), the United States (CIK / SEC), Brazil (CNPJ / CVM), Colombia (NIT / Supersociedades), and Argentina (CUIT / RNS + CNV). Each country keeps its own identifier, currency, and regulator.
- Ecuador: RUC
Ecuador company search powered by SCVS records: find a company by RUC or legal name, verify its identity and location, and see whether financial statements are available.
- México: CLEE
Mexico business and establishment search using INEGI DENUE: find establishments by name or CLEE and verify SCIAN activity and official location coverage.
- United States: CIK
US public-company search using SEC EDGAR identity: find issuers by name or CIK, verify official provenance, and see whether filing-backed financial data is available.
- Brasil: CNPJ
Brazil public-company search using CVM records: find listed issuers by CNPJ or name, verify official identity, and see whether standardized financial statements are available.
- Colombia: NIT
Colombia company search using Supersociedades records: find companies by NIT or legal name, verify identity and city, and see whether IFRS financial data is available.
- Argentina: CUIT
Argentina company search using the Registro Nacional de Sociedades: find companies by CUIT or legal name, verify identity and Georef-backed domicile, and see whether CNV financial statements are available for public issuers.
Public vs signed-in
Anyone can search and open a public identity page. Exact addresses, financial statements, outreach contacts, and the agentic research chat unlock after login.
Built for agents
Public search and APIs share the same official ID as the human UI. Start with llms.txt and OpenAPI, then cite bestMatch or the top confident result. For integrations, use Bearer cam_live_ keys on /api/v1 — see Developer API docs.
